Flow Finland

Flow Finland is a parkour jam event that tours around Finland during every summer. Each tour date includes a parkour jam starting at around noon and lasting for several hours – it’s up to the jammers! Additional program might also be featured. Check out the dates and come to do parkour with us and explore Finland!

All of the jams are free and open for everyone. The tour is organized by the Finnish Parkour Association.

2026 DESTINATIONS AND SCHEDULE



June


Fri 5.6. Girls & Co Tampere at 18:00-20:00


Parkour jam for girls, women and gender minorities.

18:00 Start at Frenckellinaukio, which offers walls, drops and gaps for all skill levels, from beginner to professional. Guidance and tips are also available for the first-timers and less experienced practitioners. The jams will move to other nearby spots according to the participants’ general preferences and interests.



Sat 6.6. Tampere at 12:30->


12:30 Starting from Tampere University area, Pinni B inner yard amphitheater, Kanslerinrinne 1.  At the beginning, there will be a group warm-up for those interested, as well as guidance for beginners. The university area offers versatile parkour opportunities for all kinds of practitioners. Expect jumping, vaulting, climbing, sliding, balancing, and both bigger and smaller challenges.

Approx. 2:00 PM – Tampere Hall. Exploring the possibilities around Tampere Hall. Expect concrete, grass, and intense movement.

Approx. 2:45 PM – Kaleva High School & Sampola Library. A stop at these neighboring spots. Canopies, flower boxes, tables, stairs, walls, and metal rails.

Approx. 3:45 PM – Sampo Schools. A short visit to the schoolyard elements as well as the parkour and climbing structures.

Approx. 4:30 PM – Keskuspuisto Parkour Area. A newly completed and almost untouched unique parkour park in a pleasant environment. This training area offers plenty of durable walls, surfaces, and bars for all kinds of movement.

Approx. 6:00 PM – Tampere Outdoor Swimming Pool. Restorative water activities, relaxing on the lawn area, and spectacular diving. Entry is self-paid; single tickets cost €2.50–7.50 depending on age and discount group. Open until 8:00 PM.


In case of heavy rain, we may move the training session indoors to a local parkour gym. We will announce any changes in the SPY event chat on Telegram t.me/spytapahtumat

Fri 12.6. Jyväskylä Girls & Co at 18:00

Parkour jam for girls, women and gender minorities.

!8:00–20:00 Jam session at the legendary and outstanding Kangaslampi Parkour Park, one of the first parkour parks in the Nordic countries. Loved by many, this park offers everything a traceur could wish for: plenty of stone structures, lots of bars, and room to breathe surrounded by nature. There’s a suitable challenge for everyone, from complete beginners to professionals — and beyond. Guidance and tips will also be available for first-timers and newer practitioners. This park truly leaves an impression; it’s something you have to experience for yourself.

The parkour park is located in Kangaslammenpuisto, about 5 km from downtown Jyväskylä, at Taimistontie 6 A, 40340 Jyväskylä. You can easily get there by bike, bus, or carpool. Bus schedules and tickets can be found in the Jyväskylä Tickets app, and schedules are also available in the route planner. So take your friends, your mom, and your moms’ friends with you, and head to Kangaslampi!

Sat 13.6. Jyväskylä at 12:30->

12:30 Starting from Aalto Alvari swimming hall, Pitkäkatu 2.
At the beginning, there will be a group warm-up for those interested, as well as guidance for beginners.
Approx. 2:00 PM – Campus Area C Building
Approx. 3:00 PM – Ilokivi upper terrace
Approx. 4:15 PM – The white sculptures of Mattilanniemi
Approx. 5:00 PM onward – Swimming and hanging out at the Mattilanniemi beach

Sun 14.6. Jyväskylä, Kauppakadun Akro: skill challenge at 12:30


12:30 Starting from Lounaispuisto upper part, Seminaarinkatu 34.
Kauppakadun Akro is a parkour skill challenge from Lounaispuisto to Aren aukio, full of nice parkour challenges for all skill levels. After the skill challenge we will have a relaxed jam session in Kirkkopuisto.

Sat 4.7. Mikkeli at 12:30


In July, we’re heading to the city of Mikkeli, where rumors say there are spots and water challenges features in a video by a Finnish parkour group. The following day, there will also be a jam in Varkaus, so come and spend a super weekend in the Savonia region!

If you are planning to attend the Sunday jam in Varkaus and need accommodation for Saturday night, you can express your interest in the SPY event chat. We can then look for affordable shared accommodation together. Alternatively, you can independently search online for a budget hotel, hostel, Airbnb, or similar option. Suggestions and tips for accommodation in the Mikkeli area are also welcome in the event chat.


Sun 5.7. Varkaus at 12:30->


Varkaus, the second destination city of Savonia’s super weekend, offers a variety of small spots waiting for traceurs. Could even the move known as the “thief vault” have originated here? Come and find out!

Approx. 3:30 PM – Traffic Park
Approx. 4:15 PM – Youth House and Waltteri School, two nearby locations.
Optional: If there’s still energy left, we can finish the day with a visit to the Keskuskenttä area to explore its potential for parkour and acrobatics.

Sat 18.7. Oulu at 12:30->

Oulu, an active parkour city, welcomes us to its traceur-friendly surroundings in the middle of July! Oulu’s spots are located close to one another, allowing us to visit several locations throughout the day and discover a wide variety of challenges to train on. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants along the way for food and refreshments. See you in Oulu!

Sat 25.7. Hämeenlinna at 12:30->

Our journey takes us to Hämeenlinna, perhaps not the most frequently visited parkour city, but one where parkour has been practiced for many many years. You can expect plenty of concrete and great spots. Come explore what the city has to offer with us!

12:30 PM – Starting from Hämeensaari Concrete Park, located behind Citymarket (address Hämeensaarenpolku). At the beginning, there will be a group warm-up for those interested, as well as guidance for beginners.

Approximately 2:30–6:00 PM – We’ll continue first to the Goodman walls. After spending some time training there, we’ll move on to the classic small spots next to the market square (Spot 1, Spot 2). If people still have energy afterwards, we’ll head to Seminaari School for one final session. At the end of the day, anyone interested is welcome to return to the Hämeensaari beach for a swim.
